Therapeutic massage is a hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and joints.

Massage therapy treatment aims to develop, maintain, rehabilitate or augment physical functioning, relieve or prevent physical dysfunction and pain as well as enhance the well-being of the client.

Treatment will have a therapeutic effect and improve health by acting directly on the muscular, nervous and circulatory system.

Smooth, water-heated stones are placed on tense aching muscles. The penetrating heat provides a deep feeling of relaxation. Using Swedish massage techniques, the therapist also uses the stones as an extension of the hands. This helps to relieve pain and promote an overall sense of well-being. This is an experience of total relaxation!
